Mine is a pretty serious situation, none-the-less, Dr. Huang is more than willing to discuss with me the procedures he can perform as well as other possibilities. The
radiation oncology team is very much dedicated to helping me buy more time and seeing to my total comfort, thank you so much.

Working with my work schedule. Most of my appointments were scheduled on my days off work. That really helped me. Really friendly staff made scheduling appointments easier by helping me when was feeling overwhelmed.

Your crew is so helpful & nice. When I wasn't sure how to go about scheduling the initial biopsy. Dr. Huang helped set it up. When things fell through with the
first surgeon he set up another one quickly.

Topless everyday & no one made it weird- thanks for making conversation during setup & breakdown, made me feel like a human person.

Alex, Patty, Heather, and Dr. Huang were wonderful, made me feel comfortable. They were all supportive and professional. Everyone was caring and I am grateful for them.

Everyday appointment was amazing. Every staff member was very caring. My wife and I felt like we were treated as family. My mind as clear from the fear of cancer because everyone was so kind.

Dr. Huang carefully and explicitly explained breast cancer & the different types, levels and severity. He then explained to me which type I had so that I thoroughly understood. He took his time with me which helped to lessen my nervousness. Excellent Radiology therapist. Heather is awesome. Very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Felt safe!

Every morning the staff wanted to know how I was and what my plans were for the day. All were wonderful and caring. It was so nice to be able to receive treatment in Juneau. Much more like home than Seattle! Thank you for being here!

Dr. Huang treated my daughter 6 1/2 years ago so there was no question/doubt about going to him. He is so caring , knowledgeable & professional. When you have cancer or a family member does, it's scary & emotional. Dr. Huang & his team were so helpful & caring. They are wonderful. Alex & Heather were so caring about my comfort level. I have shared my experience with lots of friends. Many didn't know we had radiation option in Juneau.

Listening and helping - The $100 card for gas was really appreciated. Cancer is expensive! Staff are also kind and go out of their way for any and everyone.

Loren was excellent in providing a warm and accepting environment right down to providing treats in the office and providing meaningful conversation while waiting. The fact that she discussed topics of interest to me and actively participated gave me a sense of calm and caring. Dr. Huange has also been an asset to my healing, not only clinically, but personally.

From front desk staff - Lauren, to radiologists, Heather and Alex - to Dr. Huang - Every single staff member were very attentive to my needs. Right down to the placement of the towel under my right shoulder - every time I came in for tx ♥

Dave felt that every step of the way he had excellent support, respect, answers to his questions & helpful scheduling. He was kind, explained the treatment well in a time where it was overwhelming to make a cancer treatment plan.

I appreciated the patience and understanding of the radiation therapists in the first week or two of treatment, while trying to meet the needs for a full bladder. They had helpful tips, and a tour of the "digital scan" of my bladder was very helpful & so cool!

You all fulfill your mission statement outstandingly well. At all times I was treated with friendly informal caring and concern. At no time did I feel that I was being treated as a patient or a lab rat. I was always treated as a person and a friend.

Always pleasant, always kind, and always had time for my questions, Dr. Huang checked on me by phone personally before I started radiation - prior to surgery, post-surgery, and post-radiation. Kind and flexible with a change I needed with my appointment time. Always made me feel they cared about me as a person.

They all displayed a genuine care for me as a person and not just as a patient.

Dr Huang and staff are always knowledgeable , flexible and kind. They work well with other physicians as a team and are very thorough. My records from other facilities are always read and discussed.

Friendly atmosphere, flexibility of schedule when I needed it, willingness to answer questions and spend as much time with me as I needed.

Your whole team is great, very attentive. Always a smile & welcoming which is nice. Felt more like friends. Very accommodating when I needed to change time of treatment once in a while.
